We are looking for music teacher superstars!

Do you love music and working with kids? Key Mobile Music is looking to hire passionate musicians to help kids discover the thrill of playing an instrument.


Key Mobile Music is accepting applications from mature individuals to provide music instruction in students' homes in Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park. We need musicians for guitar, piano, violin, voice, and more! Set your own schedule with this part-time contract position.

What we offer

We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, teaching support, and a fully-functioning office that takes care of the administrative side of teaching. We let you focus on what you do best -- teaching -- and in return we ask for an unwavering commitment to teaching excellence and helping our students succeed in music. Please be aware that it may take some time to build a student base for each teacher.

Teaching Requirements

  • Must be proficient in playing at least one instrument.
  • Experience teaching music is an asset, but not required. 
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Have at least one hour of evening or weekend time available for teaching.
  • Be an adult (18 years old or older) with life experience. We are an age-friendly employer.
  • Must be able to read music.
  • Must be able to speak English
  • Must have access to a vehicle.
